The FW type flip bag filter centrifuge is a new, high-performance, intermittent operation, and automatic discharge precision centrifugal filtration equipment. It mainly consists of a rotating mechanism, a discharge mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a machine base drum, a pushing plate, a screen mesh, an electronic control, and other parts. It can achieve CIP in-situ cleaning, immersion cleaning, and disinfection, in compliance with GMP standards for drug production. It has good applications for extremely difficult to filter materials and is widely used for filtration and separation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.

Product Introduction

The drum runs at medium and low speeds, and the material enters the drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is evenly distributed on the filter cloth in the drum. The liquid phase is thrown out through the pores of the filter cloth, the gaps of the screen mesh, and the filter holes of the drum, and discharged through the outlet pipe. The solid phase is trapped on the filter mesh to form a ring-shaped filter residue layer. After being lifted to high speed for preliminary drying, the washing liquid enters the drum through the feed pipe for material cleaning. After high-speed drying, the main engine drops to the discharge speed to start the discharge motor, and the pushing disc is pushed out of the drum. The filter cloth flips inside and outside, and the material is discharged through the discharge port under the action of the centrifuge and gravity.
