Working principle

After the suspension enters the centrifuge, under the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge drum, the liquid phase filter screen and drum wall holes are thrown out, while the solid phase is trapped in the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Under the action of relative differential speed, it is continuously pushed into the discharge port by the spiral, thus achieving automatic and continuous separation of solid-liquid phase.
