Product Introduction

The separation unit of the spiral dewatering machine is composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring stacked on top of each other, with a small gap between the moving rings. The spiral shaft passes through it and drives the moving ring to make circular motion when it rotates. The water in the flocculated mud is filtered out through the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring, and the moving ring makes circular motion to prevent blockage. The gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually decreases along the direction of the mud cake outlet, from the concentration zone to the dehydration zone, and reaches forced dehydration under the back pressure formed by the back pressure plate at the mud outlet.
